At the final campaign site chosen that day, Yeouido Park in Seoul, the candidate said, 'I will quickly establish an emergency economic response task force led directly by the president and prepare both executable short-term remedies and solid mid- to long-term responses. I will also stabilize the stock market as soon as possible.'

He continued, 'Even while holding my mother’s hand and attending a factory instead of school, I did not fall into a bad path.' He added, 'I have only dreamed of a rational world and endured crises and attacks thinking of a world where ordinary people are not wronged and everyone receives fair treatment.'

The candidate referred to the 'Busan attack incident' last January, stating, 'When I narrowly escaped death by a 1mm difference and came back to life, the rest of my life is a bonus.' He affirmed, 'I promised to live the rest of my life for the community of Korea that saved me.'
