Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party of Korea presidential candidate, said on the 2nd regarding the People Power Party's Kim Moon-soo raising allegations of 'Jim Rogers support declaration fraud': "Candidate Kim should first clarify any involvement in the cyber rebellion and cyber insurrection, which are serious crimes, rather than such matters."

Candidate Lee made this remark during a press conference held in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, in the afternoon.

Candidate Lee said, "Isn't it more important to provide a responsible answer regarding the act of cyber insurrection, where national budgets are misappropriated and some state powers are used to systematically write comments that say 'Lee Jae-myung is bad, Kim Moon-soo is good' and manipulate public opinion to destroy the democratic process?"

Regarding the recently raised allegations of 'Jim Rogers support declaration fraud,' he avoided a direct response, saying, "The election campaign committee explained."

Previously, on the 29th of last month, Democratic Party of Korea's election committee head of international cooperation, Lee Jae-kang, read out a declaration of support for candidate Lee by Rogers at the National Assembly. Rogers, a world-renowned investor, serves as chairman of Rogers Holdings.

However, on that day, an issue was raised when a media outlet reported that Rogers was completely unaware of the declaration, describing it as "complete fraud."

In response, Cho Seung-rae, spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Korea's central campaign committee, met with reporters at the Yeouido headquarters and said, "(Communication between Chairman Rogers and the organizers of the declaration of support) continued, and it seems there was a process of refining the sentences," adding, "Terms like 'fraud operation' seem excessive."

Song Kyung-ho, a professor at Pyongyang University of Science and Technology who facilitated communication with Chairman Rogers, explained in a press release on the same day, "Chairman Jim Rogers, as usual, asked me, who is strong in specifics, to draft an outline for supporting candidate Lee Jae-myung, and we finalized it through a couple of revisions."

The Ribak School allegation recently surfaced when a media outlet reported that the right-wing history education group Ribak School, which supports former presidents Syngman Rhee and Park Chung-hee, operated a comment team called Jaseongun (a free-finger army saving the nation with comments). Notably, Ribak School has entered into a business agreement with Seoul National University of Education and has provided the Neulbom School program to ten schools in the Seoul area.

The Democratic Party of Korea is raising suspicions, noting that candidate Kim appears in Ribak School's YouTube videos and other materials.
