"Seoul has turned upside down. Korea is turning upside down. Korea is finding the right way. We are all becoming one. Your clean votes will create a new history."

On the evening of the 2nd at 8:50 p.m., Seoul City Hall Square was filled with the voice of Kim Moon-soo, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party. An estimated 150,000 supporters of the People Power Party filled the heart of Seoul, waving Taegukgi flags, red balloons, and short red glow sticks as they cheered for his campaign. It was the 'finale rally' held the day before the voting.

As soon as the candidate stepped onto the stage, he raised his voice. In his last rally, he said, "If you vote correctly, Korea's defense will be strong, peace will be maintained, and the economy will thrive under this peace, allowing many corporations to come to Korea to invest and create jobs, where young people can have hope and strive hard," urgently appealing to the voters.

Every time he finished speaking, cheers of "Kim Moon-soo! President!" erupted among the supporters.

Especially when the candidate targeted Lee Jae-myung, the candidate from the Democratic Party of Korea, saying, "Some people wear bulletproof vests, but I don’t need a bulletproof vest," the square in front of the city hall was filled with a roaring cheer.

Inside Kim's rally outfit was the phrase, "I am proud of the people." He shouted, "I love the people. You are all my bulletproof vests. I don't even need bulletproof glass. My conscience is bulletproof."

In this rally, the candidate focused on messages for the middle class. He expressed, "I will always be proud of Korea and become a president who makes Korea even greater. I want to be a president who creates happy families for everyone. I want to be an honest and clean president," while adding, "A proud Korea is achieved with your precious vote tomorrow. I hope we can achieve a democratic revolution tomorrow. I hope it becomes a day of economic revolution that revives the economy."

The candidate concluded the rally with a vow to carry out a different kind of politics in Korea, saying, "There have been many wrongs regarding impeachment and martial law. I will promise different politics from now on," while bowing deeply to the primary candidates and party leadership.

At the rally site, citizens and supporters gathered from across the country, including Seoul, as well as key party officials.

In particular, Lee Nak-yon, a senior advisor of the New Future Democratic Party, who recently declared support for the candidate and agreed on a joint government formation, was also present.

This senior advisor emphasized, "The Democratic Party has put forward a candidate who has not resolved any of the 12 criminal charges, and because they try to change laws to erase all those charges and destroy the judiciary, I had no choice but to come here."

Regarding the candidate, he said, "He has lived without pretense according to his beliefs, does not seek power, and has worked at the eye level of common people."

He then called for support for the candidate to promote a constitutional amendment for the Seventh Republic and to prevent a monstrous authoritarian regime. At the rally site, waves of 'blue balloons' supporting this senior advisor could be seen everywhere. As his speech dragged on, there were also jeers from the audience.

Former representative Han Dong-hoon, along with joint campaign chairpersons Ahn Cheol-soo, Na Kyung-won, and Yang Hang-ja, who participated in the primaries with the candidate, also joined the final rally. However, unlike other primary candidates, former representative Han did not wear the rally outfit that said 'Kim Moon-soo.'

There are interpretations that it expressed disappointment regarding the refusal to accept the request he made for an 'opposition to former President Yoon Seok-youl's impeachment' and the rescinding of the appointment of joint campaign chairperson Yoon Sang-hyun.

Former representative Han did not get to speak at the rally because his microphone use time was limited to 9 p.m. After the rally ended, some of the strong supporters made harsh statements like, "Han Dong-hoon, step down," and "Immediately expel Han Dong-hoon."

Additionally, even after the rally ended, many supporters did not leave the scene, relishing the moment while shouting, "Kim Moon-soo, President!"

Park, a person surnamed Park in his 50s, who was watching the rally seated, commented, "The candidate is clean and does his job very well. If a candidate who keeps lying becomes president, the country will be in trouble. I expect that if the candidate's sincerity resonates, he will win the presidential election tomorrow."

On the other hand, Yoon, a 28-year-old woman who stopped to take photos at the rally site, said she voted for Lee Jun-seok, the candidate from the Reform Party, in the early voting. Yoon mentioned, "If I vote for Lee Jun-seok, the chances of Lee Jae-myung winning will be high, but I did not want to vote for both candidates (Kim Moon-soo and Lee Jae-myung). I believe a new regime change is necessary."

Meanwhile, before the Seoul rally, the candidate began his official schedule in Jeju that morning. After paying respects at the Jeju 4·3 Peace Park, he conducted a 'Gyeongbu Line rally' traveling from Busan, Daegu, and Daejeon to Seoul. The candidate reiterated his apology regarding the emergency martial law situation and promised reform within the party during the Busan and Daegu rallies through an 'emergency statement.'

Kim's rally continued late into the night. Immediately after the finale rally, he wrapped up his campaign with street greetings in Hongdae, Mapo District, and Gangnam Station, where young voters gathered. The People Power Party expects the voting rate to determine the outcome, reporting that they have entered a golden cross zone as their momentum continues.
