The National Election Commission noted on the 22nd that they express deep concern and regret regarding former President Yoon Suk-yeol watching the film "Fraudulent Election: God's Work?", stating it "promotes negative and provocative visuals that fuel conspiracy theories about fraudulent elections."

The commission said in a statement on that day, "Most of the allegations addressed in the film have already been explained by the commission or resolved through court rulings."

Former President Yoon watched the film "Fraudulent Election: God's Work?" with producer Jeon Han-gil and others at a cinema in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the previous day.

Former President Yoon received a ruling of dismissal from the Constitutional Court on the 4th of last month and is currently undergoing a criminal trial for charges including instigation of rebellion.

The commission conveyed that the movie claims, without clear evidence, allegations raised on YouTube and others, asserting it is the "ultimate revelation of fraudulent elections" and stating they "are convinced this presidential election is also fraudulent."

It explained, "The voting and counting processes in our country are carried out through 'physical voting' and 'public manual counting' methods, and information systems and mechanical devices are merely supporting tools for this process."

The commission further emphasized, "In every election process, representatives of political parties and candidates, or party-nominated commissioners, participate, and institutional mechanisms ensuring fairness and security are applied. Since that process is transparently public, there is absolutely no possibility of interference or fraud."

Additionally, the commission stated it operates a dedicated department for allegations of fraudulent elections.

The commission stated, "We are operating a dedicated department to respond quickly to allegations related to fraudulent elections, thereby blocking the spread of distorted information and ensuring that all processes of voting and counting are publicly available as they are."

It added, "With a desperate heart to resolve electoral distrust, we support the operation of the Fair Election Observation Group, which is organized under the leadership of academic societies to show the public all processes of the 21st presidential election's voting and counting. We ask that when encountering emotional and provocative claims or information about the election through films, YouTube, etc., please refer to the explanatory materials distributed by the commission and fact-check articles reported by credible media."
