Han Dong-hoon, former head of the People Power Party, requested on the 21st that Kim Moon-soo, the presidential candidate, "declare a separation from the conspiracy theory of election fraud." After concerns arose that former President Yoon Suk-yeol's viewing of a film related to "election fraud" could affect the expansion of the centrist and outer circles, he felt pressured to draw a line.

On that afternoon, former representative Han stated on his Facebook, "I request that candidate Kim Moon-soo firmly declare his separation from the conspiracy theory of election fraud."

He remarked, "The election fraud conspiracy theory claims that one should not vote early. If the People Power Party cannot firmly distance itself from such conspiracy theories, the Democratic Party will vote for three days while we only vote for one day," and added, "Then we cannot win."

Former representative Han also said at a campaign rally in Daegu that "the important part is a complete separation from former President Yoon and his wife" and criticized, "While former President Yoon talks about election fraud, he himself voted early throughout the last election. Spreading the conspiracy theory of election fraud is a shortcut to electoral failure."

In contrast, candidate Kim Moon-soo emphasized during a discussion forum hosted by the Broadcasting Journalists Club on the same day that "the election must be fair" and that "whenever anyone raises suspicions of election fraud, the election commission must continue its efforts to clarify." He added, "I will do my best to completely eradicate any management issues or suspicions of election fraud from the election commission."

After meeting with young farmers in Goyang, he told reporters, "I am currently working to help the election commission do its job more fairly," and stated, "I will continue to work to eliminate any potential for election fraud so that citizens can vote cleanly, transparently, and fairly."
