The People Power Party first stated it would develop Gwangju as a "standard city for the artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem." It plans to continue the second phase of the national AI data center project and push forward with the establishment of an AX (AI transition) demonstration valley and research and development hub.

The party headquarters explained, "This contains a promise for the people of the Honam region to capture the hopes and wishes of the local residents and leap forward as a center of digital and culture, beyond a holy land of democracy."

In Jeonbuk, the plan includes fostering smart farms and green bio industries, as well as creating a cluster for agricultural robots and seed industries to build an AI-based agricultural life and new industry ecosystem.

In Jeonnam, it plans to establish smart livestock complexes, and in Jeju, it aims to develop medical tourism infrastructure that enables both residency and leisure to support regional industry development.

The People Power Party also promised to drive regional economic revitalization by expanding high-speed railways and highways in the Honam region.

It pledged to expedite the construction of the 'Moonlight Railway' between Gwangju and Daegu to consolidate the industrial belts of Honam and Yeongnam, and to improve transportation connectivity by establishing a high-speed rail network between Yeosu-Iksan and Gwangju-Mokpo.

The plan also includes expanding the Donggwangju IC to Gwangsan IC section of the Honam Expressway to 6 to 8 lanes and the additional construction of highways connecting Gwangju with Yeongam and Goheung, as well as Yeosu and Suncheon to build a metropolitan economic zone.

It also stated it would significantly enhance the air accessibility of the Honam and Jeju regions through the rapid construction of Heuksan Airport in Sinan, Jeonnam, and the smooth advancement of the second airport in Jeju.
