Kim Moon-soo, the People Power Party's presidential candidate, said on the 10th that after the party members voted against the 'replacement of the presidential candidate' measure, 'now everything will return to its rightful place,' and 'I will launch the election campaign committee immediately and establish a big tent to build a counter front against Lee Jae-myung.'
That afternoon, Kim regained his status as the presidential candidate and noted, 'everything returns to its rightful place.'
Kim stated, 'I will unite with everyone who shares the same intention,' and 'I will lead the presidential election to victory alongside the candidates who participated in the primary.' He also urged Han Duck-soo, a candidate with whom there had been conflicts during the unification negotiation process, to "stay with the party until the end and join us in this presidential election."
Kim declared, 'The People Power Party will become a foundation for victory through innovation,' adding, 'Now, we will create a great Republic of Korea moving forward anew.'
