Former Prime Minister Han Duck-soo declared his candidacy for the 21st presidential election on the 2nd, saying he "promises to resolve trade issues."
Han noted during a press conference held at the National Assembly's communication hall at 10 a.m. that "the tariff storm from the United States is upending the global trade order, making it the most urgent trade issue for every country in the world."
