On the 30th, Democratic Party of Korea presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung will meet with workers on their way home for a discussion titled "Seulgi's Wise Commuting Life."
The Democratic Party of Korea announced on the 29th that this discussion, prepared to mark the official launch of the election campaign committee, will take place at 7 p.m., right after the commuting hours of general office workers, and will involve workers in their 20s to 40s from financial, IT, and publishing industries.
During this meeting, candidate Lee will explain the "Well-beingism" policy agenda and is expected to engage in related discussions. This event, which will be held in the form of a live talk show, will be broadcast live through the Democratic Party of Korea's official YouTube channels, "DeliMinju" and "Lee Jae-myung TV." Ahead of this event, candidate Lee plans to unveil pledges related to workers in the morning.
A Democratic Party of Korea official noted, "The concept of candidate Lee's presidential campaign is 'listening,' aiming to meet with office workers of various professions to hear honest and straightforward stories about their work lives," adding, "This is also the first event in the series prepared with an economic-centered and field-centered approach for people's livelihoods."
