Immediately after being confirmed as a presidential candidate following the tour primary in the Gyeonggi Province, Goyang Ilsan KINTEX, the candidate responded to reporters' questions about whether the budgetary authority of the Ministry of Economy and Finance would be transferred to the presidential office, saying, "I think there is a risk of abuse due to excessive concentration of power." He added, "In addition to economic planning, the Ministry of Economy and Finance is also responsible for fiscal functions," and stated, "I will present detailed plans later."

Regarding the heightened possibility of Han's candidacy, he said, "Failing to fulfill the clear constitutional duty of acting as an acting Prime Minister and completely ignoring the Constitutional Court's ruling constitutes an act of insurrection in itself." He continued, "While it is difficult to definitively conclude about his candidacy, I do not think, 'He will certainly not run.'"

The candidate stated, "There are still those who have participated in insurrection and are in key positions. I believe these individuals are constantly aiming for the return of insurrection forces." He emphasized that we must overcome insurrections with vigilance and said, "We must do everything we can to restore a properly functioning democratic republic."
