Former President Yoon met with the party leadership, including Chairperson Kwon, and said, "I am grateful to the party and leadership for their hard work."
He also said, "I have a grateful and apologetic heart towards the citizens and supporters who supported me," and added, "Although I am leaving like this, I hope the country does well."
Regarding the upcoming 21st presidential election, he said, "Since there is not much time, I hope to prepare well for the presidential election centered around the party and to surely win," Shin, the chief spokesperson, reported.
The party leadership conveyed to former President Yoon, "You have worked hard over the past period," expressing regret over the outcomes.
