Dassault Systèmes Korea announced on the 22nd that global cosmetics original design manufacturing (ODM) corporation C&C International will implement Dassault Systèmes' 3DExperience platform to establish a product lifecycle management (PLM) system.
The Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform is a platform that integrates and manages the entire process digitally, from product planning to research and development (R&D), production, and distribution. It supports real-time data sharing and an organic collaboration environment.
C&C International decided to establish a PLM system based on Dassault Systèmes' 3DExperience platform as part of its digital transformation strategy to respond more swiftly to the diverse and complex product demands of global clients, and to enhance its multi-product development and customer response system. In particular, it focused on systematically managing the new product development process and digital integration of product development history, including formulation, materials and supplies, and regulatory information.
C&C International is a color cosmetics specialized ODM that collaborates with over 500 brands, including global cosmetics groups such as L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, and LVMH. Recently, it has expanded into the skincare and HYBE sectors, aiming to transform into a global comprehensive cosmetics ODM.
Bae Soo-ah, the representative of C&C International, said, "The introduction of this PLM will be a turning point in intricately redesigning the entire R&D process of C&C International," and noted, "I expect that we will be able to respond quickly and flexibly to the increasingly diverse demands of the global beauty market through the establishment of a more advanced product development process and the enhancement of collaboration capabilities."
