NEOWIZ announced on the 10th that it will participate in the 'BitSummit 2025' held in Japan for three days from July 18 to July 20.
'BitSummit 2025' is the largest international indie game event in Japan, hosted by the Japan Indie Game Association (JIGA). It will be held offline at the Miyako Messe in Kyoto, Japan, where indie game developers and fans from around the world gather to enjoy various programs, including game demonstrations, lectures, and networking.
NEOWIZ will showcase three indie games currently in development: 'Goodbye Seoul: Itaewon Edition', 'Shape of Dreams', and 'Kill the Shadow'. The booth will feature demonstration areas where visitors can play the games themselves. Additionally, on-site consultations and promotions for NEOWIZ's narrative indie game competition 'NEOWIZ Quest' will also take place.
Visitors who play the games on-site or add the games to their Steam wish lists will receive exclusive game-specific can badges. NEOWIZ will promote its hit indie game 'San Nabi' and distribute limited quantities of fans featuring illustrations from 'NEOWIZ Quest' and 'Brown Dust 2', engaging in branding activities.
Through this participation, NEOWIZ plans to introduce its indie game portfolio to gamers around the world and enhance the quality of the games by reflecting feedback from on-site visitors. The company also aims to broaden its presence as a publisher in the global gaming market, including Japan, and actively support the overseas expansion of domestic indie games.
