HANMI Semiconductor announced on the 10th that it is enhancing employee welfare by signing a premium membership agreement with the luxury hotel and resort Ananti.
The two companies signed a premium membership agreement worth 12 billion won at the HANMI Semiconductor headquarters on the 9th. With this partnership, all employees of HANMI Semiconductor will be able to use the Ananti Resort for free according to internal regulations. Additionally, they can enjoy special benefits at the resort's spa, golf, swimming, tennis, and restaurants.

In addition to the Ananti Resort membership, HANMI Semiconductor is introducing various welfare programs for employees, striving to create a "workplace people want to be at." Recently, it has been providing free lunch and dinner along with Starbucks coffee through its newly selected professional catering company, Shinsegae Food.
Apart from annual leave, the company provides paid leave for petitions, supports higher education expenses for children of high school and university students regardless of the number of children, offers free accommodation in single rooms, provides a welfare credit card made in collaboration with Shinhan Card, and supports various celebrations such as birthdays and childbirth. It also operates various rewards systems including awards for long-term service, contributions to development, and intellectual property.
