On the 9th, Koh Young Technology announced that it has officially launched a dedicated website for its self-developed surgical robot for brain surgery, Geniant Cranial.
The new website is designed as a channel that focuses on introducing the technical excellence of Geniant Cranial and information for medical professionals. In particular, it is produced and operated as a key channel to effectively communicate the product's strengths and value to local hospitals and medical experts, especially ahead of its overseas expansion focusing on the U.S. market.
Geniant Cranial is a surgical robot that received certification from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in January, and it can be used for surgeries related to various brain diseases such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and brain tumors. The surgical guidance robot and navigation system support accurate localization and real-time tracking, providing medical professionals with precise and intuitive guidance to the surgical site, significantly improving the accuracy of surgeries as well as patient safety and the efficiency of medical staff.
A Koh Young representative noted, "The launch of this website is a strategic measure to actively promote the technical capabilities of Geniant Cranial in the global medical market, including the U.S., and to strengthen practical connections with healthcare professionals. In particular, we will actively expand marketing activities targeting the U.S. market."
Meanwhile, Koh Young is currently actively pursuing sales activities targeting major global medical institutions, and through the website, it plans to provide customized services such as ▲requesting product demos ▲inquiries for clinical collaboration ▲downloading technical materials, thereby enhancing accessibility and convenience for global medical professionals.
