Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 3rd that it ranked first in the after-service (AS) sector for home appliances in the '2025 National Service Awards (NSA)' announced by the Industrial Policy Research Institute.
Samsung Electronics Service explained that its three-step service of pre-checks for home appliance conditions, systematic aftercare, and customer-tailored care received positive evaluations.
In the '2025 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI)' organized by the Korean Standards Association, Samsung Electronics Service was selected as first for 24 years in the computer AS sector and 22 years in the mobile phone AS sector.
It received high scores across the survey sectors for providing high-quality service, courteous responses from an objective viewpoint, and realizing social values through convenient service experiences.
Samsung Electronics Service was the first in Korea to introduce remote diagnostic services for IT products such as computers and laptops in 2000, and has since expanded its scope to smartphones and home appliances.
Recently, it has continually introduced innovative services such as artificial intelligence (AI) pre-care alerts that notify customers before they recognize a problem and automatic adjustment of customer appointments.
