On the 26th, the world's largest cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) corporation Salesforce unveiled its next-generation "Agent Force 3."
"Agent Force" is a platform that supports the easy and rapid development and deployment of customized artificial intelligence (AI) agents. Salesforce noted that in the case of "Agent Force 3," it has enhanced scalability, consolidation, and security for existing AI agent features.
The core feature is the "command center." This function visualizes key indicators such as the type of conversations by AI agents, error rates, and response speeds, allowing corporations to grasp the current utilization of AI at a glance.
It also supports flexible consolidation methods for various agents and enterprise systems based on a plug-and-play approach. Without complex coding tasks, various AI agents can interact and collaborate in an agent-to-agent (A2A) environment by connecting to interfaces (APIs), business systems, data assets, and more.
Salesforce has obtained the "Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program High" (FedRAMP High) certification, the highest security certification level from the U.S. federal government, to provide reliable AI services in the institutional sector. Accordingly, "Agent Force 3" is expected to be easier to utilize in industries where security and regulations are crucial.
Son Boo-han, the representative of Salesforce Korea, said, "As AI agents are applied across various operations, ensuring transparency and control has emerged as a significant challenge, and 'Agent Force 3' will play a key role in addressing this challenge."
