Semes announced on the 24th that it has signed a cooperative agreement on safety and health between large and small businesses in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency at its headquarters in Cheonan.

The cooperative agreement on safety and health between large and small businesses aims to prevent industrial accidents and enhance safety and health through mutual cooperation between primary contractors and partner companies.

At the launch ceremony attended by representatives and officials from 22 partner companies of Semes, including ATENG, Green Power, Sener, and Wooam, participants emphasized the importance of safety and health and their commitment to cooperative growth.

Semes plans to support the enhancement of safety and health capabilities of its partner companies by implementing consulting projects alongside safety and health activities, providing technical guidance and material support based on risk assessments, and facilitating the establishment of voluntary safety and health management systems through a catch-up program.

Kim Jin-joo, head of the infrastructure team at Semes, noted, “We will continue to promote safety and health cooperative activities to lay the groundwork for preventing industrial accidents and achieving co-prosperity.”
