French 3D software corporation Dassault Systèmes announced on the 24th that its cloud subsidiary OUTSCALE will introduce the multilingual assistant "Le Chat" from French artificial intelligence (AI) corporation Mistral AI to its sovereign cloud "SecNumCloud" starting in September.

"Le Chat," provided through the OUTSCALE marketplace, integrates data, tools, and teams into a single interface to support the automatic generation of reports, marketing content, and code. The company explained that this reduces repetitive tasks and lowers the risk of errors.

OUTSCALE also unveiled a corporate sovereign AI platform called "La Platform," developed in collaboration with Mistral AI. The company noted, "La Platform has reduced graphics processing unit (GPU) usage by up to half and includes industry-specific layered features such as document recognition AI and code assistants, providing both the flexibility of a public cloud and built-in security controls."

Philippe Martin, CEO of Dassault Systèmes OUTSCALE, said, "Digital sovereignty is not an option but a necessity," and added, "OUTSCALE has been designing a sovereign cloud infrastructure of the highest standard for industries and institutions based on this." He continued, "Sovereignty is not a concept opposing non-European solutions, but rather an element that complements it by securing control over strategic applications and sensitive information."
