LG Uplus announced on the 23rd that it will showcase quantum-resistant cryptography (PQC) based authentication and network security technology at 'Quantum Korea 2025', which will be held from the 24th to the 26th.

Quantum Korea, held at the aT Center in Seocho District, Seoul, is the largest domestic event specializing in quantum technology, sharing the latest trends and the possibility of industrial applications.

LG Uplus is setting up its booth around the cloud-based integrated account management service 'AlphaKey' and the integrated security platform 'U+SASE', which were launched earlier this year, and will introduce a future-oriented security infrastructure capable of responding to quantum computing environments.

In the future, LG Uplus plans to expand customized security services by industry based on the U+SASE platform and to incorporate quantum security and artificial intelligence (AI) based detection technology.

Additionally, it plans to establish a roadmap for the commercialization of next-generation cryptographic technologies capable of responding to quantum computing environments, such as homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs, beyond PQC.
