Megazone Cloud announced on the 23rd that it has signed a master service agreement (MSA) with NextEra, a digital services corporation in Saudi Arabia. NextEra is a corporation established as a joint venture between the Saudi Arabian oil corporation Aramco Digital and the global IT services corporation LTI Mindtree. This collaboration was carried out as part of Saudi Arabia’s national development strategy, ‘Vision 2030.’
Under the agreement, Megazone Cloud has been designated as NextEra’s exclusive partner in Saudi Arabia and is set to provide the cloud integration management platform ‘SpaceOne’ as a key solution for Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation. SpaceOne will be used to build a flexible platform that can operate multicloud environments easily and securely.
Lee Ju-wan, chairman of Megazone Cloud, noted, “The journey that began with our collaboration with the Korea AI∙Software Industry Association (KOSA) has led to tangible results with NextEra and Aramco Digital, and through this, we will establish a solid foothold to further promote the entry of South Korean technology corporations into the Middle East.”
This collaboration is expected to be a significant first step toward building digital infrastructure and advancing cloud-based technologies in Saudi Arabia, symbolizing technological cooperation between the two countries.
