Hancom Group subsidiary Hancom Inspace has completed a technology evaluation for its KOSDAQ listing and is accelerating efforts to pursue a KOSDAQ listing in the first half of next year.

Hancom Inspace announced on the 19th that it has secured a technology rating from a special technical evaluation agency designated by the Korea Exchange, passing a key gateway for a technology special listing.

Hancom Inspace has developed its integrated platform 'InStation,' which automatically integrates and analyzes vast amounts of data collected through various channels, including satellites, drones, and ground cameras, providing necessary information and enabling alerts. The core of InStation is its self-developed workflow automation engine 'Janus' and MLOps technology that automates AI model training and deployment.

By utilizing this, the company leads high-value markets, including disaster detection, agricultural yield prediction, defense monitoring, and industrial safety monitoring, by integrating and analyzing various data such as geospatial information, image information, and signal information. It is being used in over 100 projects both domestically and internationally.

With the passing of this technology evaluation, Hancom Inspace will be able to submit a preliminary examination request for a technology special listing. The company aims to accelerate its listing preparation activities, including investor relations (IR) activities and presentations to institutions, targeting a KOSDAQ listing in the first half of next year.

Choi Myung-jin, CEO of Hancom Inspace, said, "This technology evaluation is significant not only for obtaining a rating but also for recognizing that our independently built multi-data fusion-based AI platform has both technological capabilities and market potential. In the future, we aim to expand into a K-intelligence corporation that designs strategies using data, not only in Korea but also in the global market."

Hancom Inspace plans to launch the Earth observation satellite 'Sejong 2' on the 22nd through SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket. Following Sejong 2, it plans to launch 'Sejong 4' (Nuri 4th) in November, 'Sejong 3' (Falcon 9) in February next year, and 'Sejong 5' (Nuri 5th) in June next year. Through this, Hancom Inspace intends to build an independent space data infrastructure and strengthen its global competitiveness through the 'K-mission platform.'
