KT Millie's library announced on the 19th that it will participate in the '2025 Seoul International Book Fair' held at COEX in Seoul until the 22nd.
This year marks the 67th Seoul International Book Fair, the largest book festival in the country and a leading book fair in Asia. The fair will feature more than 530 domestic and international publishing companies and related organizations from 17 countries, including Millie's library.
Millie's library will operate an on-site booth themed 'A special journey with books, Millie Tour' from the 18th to the 22nd. They prepared an experience-centered exhibition space to allow attendees to directly experience new reading methods and new services proposed by Millie's library.
In the exhibition space, the 'AI Book Recommendation' zone offers a unique experience where attendees can receive personalized book recommendations based on an AI recommendation system and print them as tickets in the shape of boarding passes. In the 'Millie Pairing' zone, scanning phrases from Millie's Originals books with a barcode leads to the corresponding e-book page, enabling an e-book to paper book consolidation experience. Various Millie's Originals books, such as 'Lost Items Have Returned' and 'B Economic Theory,' can also be purchased on-site. A signing event with author Jang Ryu-jin will be held on the 22nd.
Jo Yoon-seong, Head of Team at Millie's library, said, 'At this year's Seoul International Book Fair, we aimed to present the new reading experience that Millie's library strives for in a diverse way in the offline space.'
