ESTsoft announced on the 19th that it is pushing for the productization of an on-device artificial intelligence (AI) kiosk using its own developed lightweight large language model called 'Allen LLM' in collaboration with the financial system integration specialist EQBR.
This collaboration will proceed by supplying the software development kit (SDK) equipped with Allen LLM and AI human technology to EQBR. The two companies will commence the production of AI human kiosks worth about 2 billion won based on the first supply volume and will subsequently distribute the products to the market in phases.
ESTsoft has optimized technologies such as lightweight LLM (SLM), search-based generative AI (RAG), and text-to-speech (TTS) for on-device environments, while EQBR will be responsible for the distribution, installation, and operation of the kiosks based on its experience in the financial sector.
This product is being presented as having the potential for use in various fields such as public, medical, retail, and tourism, based on advantages such as functioning in an independent environment without external consolidation, fast response times, and reduced cloud infrastructure expenses.
Through this, ESTsoft plans to accelerate the commercial supply of Allen LLM and expand its LLM-based AI agent solution business as a key project in the second half of the year.
