NHN Cloud announced on the 16th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Kreder, a blockchain development company under the subsidiary of ITCEN, to promote joint business in Web3.

Kreder operates the Real-World Assets (RWA) platform "Gold Station," providing services that digitalize gold for transactions on the blockchain. NHN Cloud transferred the infrastructure of Gold Station from its existing cloud to NHN Cloud services last April, receiving high praise in an environment demanding 24-hour continuous stability and security.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly pursue optimized cloud design and operations for major blockchain validation systems, including the high-performance blockchain network "Avalanche." They also plan to expand collaboration in various areas, including system construction, security enhancement, and joint development of cloud-based Web3 technology.

Lim Dae-hoon, CEO of Kreder, noted, "Due to the nature of blockchain, a seamless transfer without service interruption is very important, and thanks to NHN Cloud's stable technical support, we were able to complete the transfer with high trust," adding, "With this memorandum of understanding as a turning point, we plan to accelerate the cloud transition and expansion of validation systems in various blockchain networks."

Kim Dong-hoon, CEO of NHN Cloud, said, "Having provided stable cloud infrastructure to Kreder, I find it meaningful to be able to jointly develop cloud-based blockchain technology and expand our influence into the Web3 market," and stated, "Based on our proven infrastructure operational capabilities in various industries, we will continue to support providing optimal infrastructure to customers in both blockchain and Web3 environments."
