Samsung Electronics announced on the 15th that it has entered into a three-year partnership with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and will enhance the art viewing experience through mobile innovation technology.
As the first step, Samsung Electronics will revamp the audio guide of the Van Gogh Museum. Instead of the existing audio guide devices, visitors will be able to appreciate Van Gogh's works on Samsung's latest smartphone, the Galaxy S25+, with clearer visuals and sound.
Samsung Electronics plans to integrate the AI features of the Galaxy S25+ into the museum tour program, providing personalized viewing experiences to visitors.
Yoon Gi-young, the head of Samsung Electronics' Benelux Corporation, emphasized, 'Technology plays a role in inspiring people and providing consolidation to a broader world,' noting that this collaboration is a meaningful example of providing cultural and artistic experiences.
