ESTaid has announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Polaris Office to provide a web-based free document editing service from the portal Zum on the 12th.

With this collaboration, Zum users can view and edit various document formats such as Word, sheets, slides, and Hangul directly on the portal without installing additional software. The Polaris Office web will be offered totally free of charge. The company expects that with its ease of use and stable environment, it will provide practical convenience for office workers, students, and general users alike.

Additionally, through this partnership, ESTaid's artificial intelligence (AI)-based issue trend analysis service will also be incorporated into the Polaris Office web. This feature adds AI recommendation capabilities to check major current issues in real-time during document work. The service range has expanded from a content-based portal function to practical work productivity support.

Kim Nam-hyun, representative of ESTaid, said, "The strategic partnership with Polaris Office is a turning point that simultaneously raises the two core values of document usability and information accessibility for Zum.com users," and added, "We will expand our collaboration into ad tech and AI technology fields to develop into an open AI portal."
