LG Uplus announced on the 12th that it has launched an online-only plan for delivery riders called the 'Nugget Rider Pack.' This plan is based on a no-contract unlimited 5G data plan and includes benefits such as installment support for action cameras or discounts on fuel and convenience store coupons.

According to the Statistics Korea, the number of people working in the delivery industry is about 347,000 as of the first half of 2024. LG Uplus explained that it has planned the plan considering that delivery workers have high data usage and focus on reducing fixed costs such as fuel expenses.

The plan consists of a total of four types, combining the 'Nugget 65' and 'Nugget 69' with the action camera pack and fuel/convenience store pack, respectively. The 'Nugget 65' provides unlimited data with 80GB of tethering/sharing, while the 'Nugget 69' offers unlimited data with 100GB of tethering/sharing or media content usage benefits.

Subscribers to the action camera pack receive full support for the 24-month installment of the motorcycle action camera 'Sena 10C EVO' (worth about 450,000 won). This product features Bluetooth calling and video recording capabilities. Subscribers to the fuel/convenience store pack receive a mobile coupon each month that can be used at GS Caltex or GS25. For the 'Nugget 65' plan, it is worth 10,000 won per month, and for the 'Nugget 69' plan, it is worth 12,500 won per month.

The LG Uplus online-only plan 'Nugget' is composed of a total of 23 types, ranging from a monthly fee of 26,000 won to a monthly fee of 69,000 won.
