On the 10th, the industrial specialized AI corporation MakinaRocks announced that it will showcase defense-specific artificial intelligence (AI) technologies at the upcoming 'Korea Military Science and Technology Society' and the 'Korea Defense Industry Development Exhibition' this month in commemoration of the Month of the Korean War Veterans.
At this event, MakinaRocks will unveil various AI operational scenarios based on its AI platform Runway, including a defense-specific large language model (LLM) that supports rapid report summarization and real-time situation assessment through natural language chat, intelligent weapons systems management, and automated demand forecasting for repair parts through operational and failure history and environmental condition analysis.
Runway supports all elements needed for data integration, multi-model management, and AI model deployment and operation in closed network environments that require the highest level of security, such as defense, public, semiconductor, automotive, and finance. In just 2 years and 6 months since its launch, it has been supplied to companies including Hyundai Motor, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, the Korea Agency for Defense Development, the Korea Water Resources Corporation, and the Korea Insurance Development Institute.
Yoon Seong-ho, CEO of MakinaRocks, said, "We will support the entire process from the introduction to the operation of AI technologies at the forefront, allowing military officials to focus solely on their primary duties."
