This marriage vow ceremony is part of the 'Love to Laundry' campaign that LG Electronics has been promoting since last year. This campaign conveys the message of spending more time with family and loved ones using LG Electronics' washing machines, equipped with convenient features like the WashTower and WashCombo.
For this event, LG Electronics prepared a space designed with a stained glass pattern in High Line Park, New York, where a total of 10 couples were supported to hold their marriage vow ceremony. High Line Park is a prominent tourist attraction in New York, USA, with around 8 million visitors annually. Participants were selected through a pre-event story submission, and LG Electronics gifted each of them a WashTower.
The marriage vow ceremony was hosted by famous American broadcaster Patti Stanger, and electronic violinist Emily Simon performed to celebrate. Thousands of citizens visited the event site to extend their congratulations. LG Electronics also conducted a story submission event for visitors at the event location. When visitors submitted stories related to washing machines, LG Electronics presented a WashTower through a lottery.
LG Electronics plans to expand the 'Love to Laundry' campaign across the United States until July, aiming to strengthen its leadership in the premium washing machine market. It will showcase new campaign videos on electronic billboards in Times Square, New York, and continue various online and offline campaign activities, including collaborative content with famous influencers.
