Emro announced on the 10th that it will supply its SRM SaaS solution to global leading PC and server manufacturers.
On the 10th, Emro announced that it has signed a solution supply contract with Samsung SDS's U.S. subsidiary. This contract involves a project to build a design-to-source module based on the SRM SaaS solution 'Caidentia' for global leading PC and server manufacturer Company A.
Through the U.S. subsidiary of Samsung SDS, Emro plans to provide various artificial intelligence (AI)-based development and procurement functions that support systematic cost management and close collaboration with partners from the product development stage in Company A's infrastructure solutions division.
Through this contract, Emro has gained recognition for its AI technology and expertise specialized in direct purchasing from a global leading information technology (IT) company, securing meaningful references. This is expected to boost sales activities targeting high-tech companies in the North American market.
The market response has also been positive. Emro showcased 'Caidentia' at the 'Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Expo' held in May in the United States and Spain. At the event in Spain, more than 500 attendees participated in the booth and presentation sessions, receiving significant interest from local companies. Emro plans to strengthen its local sales in the U.S. and Europe by conducting additional meetings, including demo presentations, with dozens of representative corporations across various industries identified at the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Expo, such as high-tech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer goods, energy, and defense.
An Emro official noted, 'Emro has been steadily acquiring new customers in the U.S. since the end of last year, achieving visible results in the global market,' adding, 'As the restructuring of the global supply chain has accelerated since the start of the second Trump administration, the demand for SRM solutions has increased, and, following the high interest from potential customers confirmed at the 'Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Expo' held in May in the U.S. and Spain, we also expect additional contracts with representative corporations across various industries in overseas markets this year.'
