Devsisters announced on the 9th that its development studio, Studio Kingdom, will hold a pop-up exhibition titled "Paradise of Passion and Apathy" from the 13th to the 22nd at the Subjective Cafe in Seongsu-dong.
The special exhibition "Paradise of Passion and Apathy" is part of an art collaboration project aimed at extending the epic emotional experience of Cookie Run: Kingdom beyond the game and introducing Korea's traditional intangible heritage to users worldwide. Since last year, the exhibition has showcased works in collaboration with artisans of intangible heritage, receiving significant attention from users and the public through various formats of exhibitions.
This pop-up exhibition features the newly introduced "Vanguard: Hollyberry Cookie" and "Eternal Sugar Cookie" and tells the stories representing "passion" and "apathy" through collaboration with artisans Lee Jae-man and Choi Jung-in. In particular, the two works offer different interpretations of the path to true happiness, adding fun to the audience's experience of the exhibition.
One-day classes will also be held to experience traditional crafts with the two artisans. On the 21st, participants can create a glass sun catcher based on the Vanguard: Hollyberry Cookie with artisan Lee Jae-man, and on the 22nd, they will make a handkerchief inspired by Eternal Sugar Cookie with artisan Choi Jung-in. Participation can be registered online in advance.
