In the future, Microsoft's (MS) search engine Bing will use OpenAI's paid video artificial intelligence (AI) model 'Sora'.

On the 2nd (local time), MS announced that it will introduce the video creation feature 'Bing Video Creator' in its Bing app.

MS stated that users will be able to generate videos by entering text using OpenAI's Sora model in 'Bing Video Creator'.

Currently, to use Sora from OpenAI, one must subscribe to ChatGPT Plus for $20 per month or ChatGPT Pro for $200 per month.

However, with this integration with MS Bing, general users will also be able to use Sora.

All users can generate up to 10 videos for free through the Bing app simply by logging into their MS account. However, after that, points that can be purchased or accumulated in the MS Store will be required for each video.

Users can generate up to 3 videos, each lasting 5 seconds, at a time.

Additionally, the videos that can currently be generated are limited to a 9:16 ratio, and MS has explained that support for 16:9 ratio video generation will be added soon.
