NHN Dooray announced on the 29th that it has completed both the cloud service provider (CSP) security evaluation and the software as a service (SaaS) provider evaluation from the Financial Security Agency, making it the first domestic collaboration tool to achieve this.

These two evaluations are necessary procedures that financial companies must meet when introducing innovative financial services. NHN Dooray has secured the foundation to significantly simplify the onboarding process for financial institutions through this. In particular, the CSP security evaluation is a mandatory procedure that verifies compliance with security levels in the financial sector, including access control and data encryption.

Since being designated as an innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission last year, NHN Dooray passed the CSP security evaluation first among domestic SaaS collaboration tools in February this year, and recently completed the SaaS provider evaluation as well. This enables NHN Dooray to secure all security evaluation results to be submitted to the Financial Supervisory Service.

Dooray has been successfully implemented in eight companies of the Woori Financial Group and aims to apply it to others, including Shinhan Investment Corp. and IBK Industrial Bank, within this year.

Baek Chang-yeol, CEO of NHN Dooray, said, "Completing the CSP security evaluation, which is a mandatory gateway for entering the financial sector, is a very encouraging result as the first among domestic collaboration tools," adding, "We will continue to lead the culture of collaboration in the financial sector with strong security and flexible Dooray services."
