Samsung Electronics achieved first place in the 2025 smartphone institutional sector and smartwatch institutional sector evaluations of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).

ACSI is a customer satisfaction index for products and services in the United States that began in 1994.

According to the industry on the 22nd, Samsung Electronics recorded an overall satisfaction score of 81 points in the smartphone institutional sector, tying for first place with Apple.

In the 5G smartphone institutional sector, Samsung Electronics maintained sole first place for the second consecutive year, surpassing Apple by 1 point.

In the newly established smartwatch institutional sector, Samsung Electronics secured first place with an overall satisfaction score of 83 points, ahead of second-place Apple by 3 points.

The survey was conducted from April of last year to March of this year, surveying thousands of American consumers about their satisfaction with purchased products, service quality, and service experience.

The flagship new model 'Galaxy S25 Ultra' released by Samsung Electronics in January of this year also ranked first in the latest smartphone evaluation by the influential American consumer magazine 'Consumer Reports' in March.
