Samsung Electronics Service announced on the 21st that it has been recognized as a 'customer satisfaction call center' for three consecutive years and as an 'excellent call center in Korea' for 16 consecutive years in the call center institutional sector of the 2025 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI) organized by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
Corporations with excellent service quality are selected as 'excellent call centers in Korea,' and those that demonstrate outstanding performance in all areas are additionally recognized as 'customer satisfaction call centers.'
Samsung Electronics Service received high scores in phone consolidation speed, counseling accuracy, and proactive consultation attitude, becoming the first and only company in the service industry to be selected as a customer satisfaction call center for three consecutive years.
