Courtesy of Millie's library, KT Millie's library publishes the audiobook of The Exorcist.

KT Milli's Library announced on the 19th that it will be the first in the country to release the audio book of the occult novel "The Exorcist" and will conduct a listening event for users.

"The Exorcist" is a representative work of author Lee Woo-hyuk, pioneering the domestic occult fantasy genre. Since its publication in 1993, it has sold over 10 million copies and has also been available as an e-book. Recently, an animation based on the original IP was released, and a variety show is expected to be produced in 2026.

The newly released audio book is content that has voice production of the entire domestic part 1 of "The Exorcist." Voice actors including Jang Min-hyuk, Min Seung-woo, Kwak Yoon-sang, and Kim Yul participated, and sound effects that capture the unique atmosphere of the genre have been applied.

On June 19, the audio book for domestic part 2 of "The Exorcist" is also scheduled to be released.

To celebrate the release of the audio book, KT Milli's Library will also conduct a listening event. If participants leave feedback after listening to the audio book of "The Exorcist" by May 26, they will be entered into a draw to win a complete set of the special edition. The set consists of all 17 volumes and additional materials, including the Exorcist's notebook.

Lee Sung-ho, Deputy Minister of KT Milli's Library, noted that it is meaningful to be able to present "The Exorcist" as an audio book following its e-book release and said, "We plan to continue providing a variety of works across different genres as audio books in the future."
