Fasoo announced on the 19th that it participated in the 'Data Security Summit Dallas' held on the 15th in Dallas, Texas (local time).

The Data Security Summit is a global conference attended by experts in cybersecurity and data protection. In particular, the Dallas event that Fasoo attended focused on security strategies to respond to Texas' data privacy law, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), with participation from major global energy, information technology (IT), aerospace, and defense corporations leading in Texas.

During this event, Ron Aden, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Fasoo's U.S. subsidiary, conducted a session presentation on the topic of 'Security, Privacy Protection, and Governance for the Era of Generative AI.' Aden noted, 'As AI proliferates and privacy protection regulations become stricter, robust data governance has become a critical challenge.' He emphasized that 'a data infrastructure capable of identifying, managing, and protecting various distributed data, such as multi-cloud, is essential.'

Following the session, Fasoo shared solutions and strategies related to data security and governance infrastructure to respond to the rapidly changing business environment through its exhibition booth.

First, Fasoo's multi-cloud data security posture management solution, 'Fasoo DSPM,' supports identifying the security status of scattered data in multi- and hybrid-cloud environments and helps respond to vulnerabilities or comply with regulations. It particularly minimizes security blind spots by automatically detecting and classifying unmanaged dark and shadow data, including personal information and other sensitive data, while displaying the compliance status with various domestic and international regulations, risks, and vulnerabilities at a glance.

Also introduced, 'Fasoo Data Radar (FDR)' is a data identification and classification solution that identifies and classifies data across all storage systems, including Windows, Mac, and file servers. It provides various post-processing functionalities, such as real-time detection of sensitive information like personal data, encryption, classification, isolation, or recovering and disposing of permissions after a certain period, making it useful for compliance with privacy protection regulations.

Fasoo's flagship data security solution, 'Fasoo Enterprise DRM (FED),' was also presented as an essential solution for data protection and compliance with various global regulations. FED applies continuous encryption throughout the entire process of file creation to disposal. It restricts viewing, editing, and printing based on set permissions and provides file usage history and logs to track and manage all stages from creation to disposal.
