Tmap Mobility reported a sales figure of 69.1 billion won for the first quarter on the 15th. The operating loss was 9.4 billion won, which is an improvement of 7.2 billion won compared to the same period last year.

Tmap Mobility stated that the sales of the mobility data and technology institutional sector, which it has relied on as a growth driver, grew by 28.5% compared to the same period last year, supporting improved performance.

Specifically, the number of driving score subscribers reached 20.46 million. The usage-based insurance (UBI) saw significant growth of 49%, and the sales of the API and data institutional sector also increased by 24.5%. Tmap Auto, which is installed in finished vehicles, continued its stable upward sales trend with the good sales of imported vehicles, including BMW and Mercedes-Benz, and newly introduced to BYD.

The platform usage rate also steadily rose. Tmap's monthly active users (MAU) increased by 170,000 from the same period last year to 14.86 million. The location recommendation service 'Where to go?' combined with mobility data and artificial intelligence (AI) achieved a cumulative user base of 29.98 million. Accordingly, the operating profit margin and net profit margin improved by 7.4 percentage points and 14.4 percentage points, respectively, indicating better expense efficiency.
