On the 15th, NAVER announced that it will launch the 'Now Delivery' service to strengthen quick commerce based on two-wheeled vehicle delivery, starting with the entry of CU convenience stores into the NAVER Plus Store (Neplis).
The 'Now Delivery' service shows products and stores that can be delivered within about 1 hour within 1.5km of the user through the Neplis web and app. This is a transformation of the existing shopping service focused on rapid delivery.
When users search for the products they want, they can more easily find stores where 'Now Delivery' is available, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops.
From 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (the end time varies by location), orders over 10,000 won will be delivered within about 1 hour through CU's independently secured two-wheeled delivery network.
Initially, 3,000 CU stores will participate in 'Now Delivery', and an additional 4,000 stores are expected to join later. NAVER plans to expand the usability of 'Now Delivery' by collaborating with various partners, starting with CU.
NAVER and CU will provide coupons, including a 3,000 won discount on CU delivery fees and a 5,000 won discount on carts, for NAVER Plus membership members starting from the 22nd of this month.
