Samsung Electronics' ultra-slim smartphone new product 'Galaxy S25 Edge' will go on pre-sale starting from the 14th. The three mobile carriers set the announced support fund at a maximum of 250,000 won.
The announced support fund varies from 52,000 won to 250,000 won depending on the rate plan. If additional support funds from the distributors (15% of the announced support fund) are included, consumers can receive up to 287,500 won in support.
KT provides the largest announced support fund ranging from 60,000 won to 250,000 won, while SK Telecom offers support from 80,000 won to 245,000 won, and LG Uplus supports from 52,000 won to 230,000 won. However, these are preliminary support funds and may change later.
The pre-sale will run until the 20th, with the official release date set for the 23rd. SK Telecom will only accept reservations from customers changing devices due to a cyber breach incident. Consequently, KT and LG Uplus are under attention whether they will increase the announced support fund to attract new subscribers.
Samsung Electronics offers a 'double storage' benefit to customers who pre-purchase the Galaxy S25 Edge 256GB model, upgrading the capacity to the 512GB model. The Galaxy S25 Edge will be available in three colors: titanium silver, titanium jet black, and titanium ice blue, with prices set at 1,496,000 won for the 256GB model and 1,639,000 won for the 512GB model.
