SHIFT UP announced on the 13th that it recorded an operating profit of 26.3 billion won in the first quarter of 2025, marking a 1.2% increase compared to the same period last year.

Revenue was 42.2 billion won, a 13% increase compared to the same period last year, while net profit rose to 26.8 billion won, an increase of 8.7%. However, compared to the previous quarter, revenue fell by 33.5%, operating profit decreased by 43.1%, and net profit dropped by 54.9%.

The company noted that "Goddess of Victory: Nikke" maintained a stable number of monthly active users through the New Year original content and intellectual property (IP) collaboration updates, while "Stella Blade" continued to generate interest in the IP through the release of a downloadable content (DLC) trailer.

On May 22, the company plans to launch "Goddess of Victory: Nikke" in the Chinese market through Tencent under the title "Goddess of Victory: New Hope," and a PC version of "Stella Blade" will also be unveiled in June. Additionally, a DLC collaboration for "Nikke" will be released, aiming to expand the user base.

Meanwhile, the new game in development, "Project Witches," is aimed for release after 2027, with related information set to be disclosed starting in the second quarter.

SHIFT UP announced that it signed a trust agreement for the acquisition of 900,415 shares with NH Investment & Securities on the same day, and it plans to establish a mid- to long-term shareholder return policy in the second half of the year.
