Samsung Electronics announced on the 8th that it will unveil the thin Galaxy S25 Edge online at 9 a.m. on the 13th.

The invitation for the event that Samsung Electronics will hold on that day includes the phrase "Beyond slim," which means to go beyond thin, along with the release date. According to Samsung Electronics, the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be released as the thinnest Galaxy smartphone ever. The anticipated thickness is around 6 mm, which, compared to the thickness of the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus at 7.2 mm and 7.3 mm respectively, is expected to be thin and lightweight.

Samsung Electronics noted through its newsroom that "behind the slim design of the Galaxy S25 Edge lies Samsung Electronics’ determination and sophisticated technological innovation aimed at providing users with the best Galaxy experience."
