LG Electronics announced on the 7th that it will participate in the prestigious art fair "Frieze New York," held from the 7th to the 11th (local time) at The Shed, a cultural and artistic venue located in Manhattan, New York.

LG Electronics explained that it will showcase works in collaboration with popular American artist "Steven Harrington," who designed the logo for the 2028 LA Olympics during this exhibition.

Visitors will be able to see Steven Harrington's representative works, including "stop and smell the flowers," through various TVs equipped with the latest technology from LG Electronics at this exhibition.

At the front entrance, two ultra-large 97-inch "OLED evo (G5)" displays will be shown side by side, flanking one "OLED evo (M5)" that utilizes a wireless transmission solution. These products feature the characters representing the artist: the dog "Melo" and the palm tree "Lulu."

Visitors will experience the unique picture quality of LG OLED TVs that accurately and consistently express all colors regardless of ambient brightness with this installation. In particular, visitors can confirm the functionality of LG's true wireless AV transmission solution, as there is no difference in picture quality between the OLED TVs on either side and the wireless OLED TV in the center.

LG Electronics will exhibit the world's first wireless and transparent TV, LG Signature OLED T, on the right side of the exhibition space. The Signature OLED T initially operates in "black screen mode" showing a video of "Melo" waving at visitors against a backdrop of various flowers. After a moment, as the flowers fall, it switches to "transparent mode," allowing visitors to take photos with Melo through a screen that appears almost augmented reality (AR).

The portable lifestyle screen "LG StanbyME2" will also be displayed. Inspired by how actual StanbyME2 customers utilize the product decorated with calendars and clocks of their desired themes, it will show the date and time through the artist's motion art.

Additionally, LG Electronics will showcase Steven Harrington's works with an 83-inch OLED evo (G5) and a vertically displayed 97-inch OLED evo (G5).

Steven Harrington noted, "Working with various OLED TVs, including the LG Signature OLED T, allowed me to add a new dimension of depth to my works," reflecting on this collaboration.

Oh Hye-won, Senior Vice President of MS Experience Marketing at LG Electronics, said, "LG OLED TV is continuing its bold attempts to inspire artworks, collaborating with artists like Steven Harrington by emphasizing rich color expression and overwhelming picture quality of perfect black."
