Wrtn announced on the 24th that it will begin hiring key talent.
There are a total of 17 recruitment areas, including AI development, backend and frontend engineers, marketers, designers, and product analysts.
Wrtn stated that it will pay 20 million won to candidates who pass the regular hiring process, regardless of their actual employment status after passing.
Additionally, the company raised the incentive amount paid to internal employees for recommending external talent and for successful hires to 5 million won. Previously, lower amounts were distributed based on various factors such as candidates' experience.
On the Wrtn hiring page and the corporations' YouTube channel, employees can view interview videos.
This focused recruitment will continue until June 30, 2025.
