Smilegate announced on the 24th that it has launched a regular organizational culture program called 'The Seasons' to enhance the emotional stability and bonding of its members.
'The Seasons' is a series of organizational culture programs designed to strengthen empathy and consolidation between the company and its members, as well as amongst members themselves, consisting of various experiential activities themed around joy, emotional care, encouragement, and support.
As part of this program, Smilegate conducted a 'Terrarium Class' for three days starting from the 7th at its headquarters, with a total of 160 members participating, engaging with nature and spending time for psychological stability. Additionally, this month, three sessions of a 'Pop Art Class' were held for those promoted. Participants found healing and a sense of stability through color and coloring, and spontaneous communication continued as they shared their works on the company's social media after the class concluded.
A Smilegate official noted, 'We will continuously support the psychological care of our members through The Seasons, and we will create an organizational culture where employees can support and consolidate with each other.'
