ITCEN Group announced on the 24th that it is leading the creation of youth jobs by conducting public recruitment for new employees in 2025.

Since 2012, ITCEN Group has been discovering and nurturing talents in the information and communication technology (ICT) and software (SW) fields through annual public recruitment of new employees. Despite the economic downturn and employment crisis, it has continued its 13-year effort to cultivate future talents based on the group’s core values of 'creativity,' 'passion,' and 'service.'

New employees receive support for long-term growth through an onboarding program that allows them to participate directly in practical work from the beginning of their employment. The group aims for a virtuous cycle in which corporations and talents grow together.

Recognized for these efforts, ITCEN Group received the President's Award for 'Job Creation Contributions' in 2016 and was awarded an industrial medal for its contributions to the development of the information and communication industry at the recent '2025 Science and Information Communication Day Ceremony.'

The group is also actively engaged in activities for coexistence with the local community. Shortly after its transfer to the Gwacheon office, it participated in a job fair hosted by the city and is proactive in hiring local young talents. Additionally, it has established industry-academic collaborations with several universities, including Korea University of Technology and Education, Dong-Eui University, Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Yonsei University, Ajou University, and Chungnam National University, to foster talent.

An official from ITCEN Group noted, 'Recruitment is not just about securing personnel but finding partners to share the future of the corporation.' They added, 'We will continue to work hard in creating youth jobs while practicing sustainable management and social responsibility.'
