INNOGRID and JetConverterCloud have joined forces to expand their cloud business.
INNOGRID announced on the 24th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with JetConverterCloud. INNOGRID is a corporation specializing in cloud computing and digital transformation (DT), while JetConverterCloud is a developer of cloud migration, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
The two companies plan to jointly discover new business opportunities based on their expertise in cloud technologies and market experience through this MOU. Specifically, they will pursue ▲the launch of a joint product using a plugin method by combining INNOGRID's OpenStackit and TabCloudit with JetConverterCloud ▲cross-sales of their solutions ▲technical cooperation to establish cloud disaster recovery and backup environments ▲and human and technical exchanges to provide a stable cloud infrastructure.
An INNOGRID representative noted, "The demand for win-back of foreign virtualized products and the need for a multi-hypervisor environment are increasing," and added, "We plan to actively pursue joint business centered around migration technology, which is a key factor in cloud construction and transition projects." The companies aim to enhance their business capabilities through regular technical exchanges and proceed with joint ventures centered on their solutions.
INNOGRID CEO Kim Myung-jin said, "Combining the core technologies and cloud operational know-how possessed by both companies will create a significant opportunity to generate more substantial synergies in the domestic and international cloud markets." JetConverterCloud CEO Min Dong-jun stated, "Collaboration with INNOGRID is expected to provide stable and reliable cloud technology experiences that will create optimal synergies."
