Samsung Electronics announced on the 20th that it will significantly increase the sales outlets for its recently launched Bespoke artificial intelligence (AI) combo product to about 1,000 stores, including not only Samsung.com, Samsung Store, and Hi-Mart, but also 130 Emart locations and 78 Electronics Land locations.
The 2025 model features a maximum washing capacity of 25 kg and a drying capacity of 18 kg, along with an upgraded heat exchanger. The quick course (based on 3 kg) reduces drying time by about 20 minutes compared to the previous model, allowing completion from washing to drying in just 79 minutes. It also offers a convenient smart home experience with the 'AI Home' screen that allows users to see the entire process at a glance, along with a more intelligent Bixby.
Additionally, it supports features such as 'AI Custom Care,' which provides tailored care using AI, 'Auto Open Door+,' which automatically opens the door after washing or drying, and 'AI Detergent Automatic Dispensing,' which automatically dispenses the appropriate amount of detergent based on the laundry.
The Bespoke AI combo can also be accessed through the 'AI Subscription Club.' When purchased under the AI All-in-One plan, customers can enjoy up to five years of free repair service along with annual comprehensive inspections and maintenance.
