Noh Tae-moon, the acting head of Samsung Electronics' institutional sector for Device Experience (DX), said on the 11th, “Let us create an efficient and agile organizational culture,” and conveyed a message to members to “reorganize existing work methods.”

On the same day, Noh sent an email to the DX institutional sector members saying, “Let’s lead change through flexible and agile execution.” This is the first message he has sent since taking over as acting head of the DX institutional sector 10 days after the passing of former Vice Chairman Han Jong-hee on the 1st.

Noh stated, “Let us create greater value by connecting the strengths of the DX institutional sector,” and said, “Let’s organically cooperate between divisions under the ‘One Samsung’ motto.” ‘One Samsung’ was a key phrase introduced by Vice Chairman Han when he took office as the head of the DX institutional sector in December 2021.

Noh emphasized, “We must respond quickly and flexibly to the flow of change,” adding, “Small changes lead to innovation, and innovation creates sustainable growth.” He also stated, “Let’s open new possibilities and prepare for greater leaps,” noting the need to secure future competitiveness by integrating new technologies such as AI, robotics, and digital twins.

Noh is a smartphone expert who led the development of the Galaxy series and created the “Galaxy myth.” He is currently leading the DX institutional sector following the late Vice Chairman Han, who passed away on the 25th of last month. He also concurrently serves as the head of the Mobile Experience (MX) division and the Quality Innovation Committee.
